From our first meeting with Tim and Gemma at their restaurant, we knew their wedding would be a very special day as they had made it all so personal to them. Gemma sings in the choir at St Micheals Church in Gittisham, and as they are both foodies (they run Oliva in Topsham) they chose Combe house in Gittisham near Honiton as it has a renowned reputation as one of the best restaurants in the UK as well as being a lovingly restored wedding venue. The ring bearer was Whistler, Tims Labrador who fulfilled his duties perfectly, and came bounding down the aisle right on cue. The couple had written their own vows to each other which were very emotional and heartfelt and left quite a few of the guests (not to mention the bride!) being moved to tears. Gemma looked absolutely stunning, although was nearly upstaged by Tims wedding shoes which seemed to get nearly as many compliments! All in all a fantastic day with a great couple whos absolute love for each other was clear to all as they couldn’t keep their eyes off each other all day!
